Coming Home: Constellations on Belonging
A 4-Part Journey into Self, Family, and Lineage
Join us for an experiential 4-part workshop series exploring the deep currents of belonging — to ourselves, to our families, and to the ancestral forces that shape our lives. Rooted in the wisdom of Family & Systemic Constellation work, this series offers both a gentle introduction for the constellation curious while also offering space for meaningful “micro” movements of the soul.
Workshop Schedule — Mondays in June, 6:30–8:30pm
June 9 – Part 1: Introduction to Family Constellations
June 16 – Part 2: Belonging to My Ancestors
June 23 – Part 3: Belonging to My Parents
June 30 – Part 4: Belonging to Self
Each session weaves together:
Brief teachings to ground you in the principles of family constellation work
Small group exercises and rituals
Individual reflection and group discussion
Structure and practices to support energetic sovereignty and emotional presence
Exchange: $111 for the series. Together, we will nurture a mindful, supportive container — one where we can stay rooted in our own experience, witness others with compassion, and allow for movements of the soul to emerge without judgement.
