Trusting Intuition: Tarot as Mirror
Cultivating deeper trust in inner wisdom
Join us for an experiential 4-part series exploring the deep roots of self-trust—our thoughts, emotions, inner voice, and ultimately, our intuition. Using the timeless symbolic art of the Tarot as a mirroring tool for our intuition, this series encourages and builds a practice of self-divination.
Guided by “Tarot Doula” Laura Paskell-Brown, each gathering is crafted based on what’s arising for the group and what’s being called in. Potential themes may include: What is your body trying to tell you? What expectations are you secretly holding? What do you need to stop trying to fix and how can the card help?
The cards guide us to what we need to see, feel, hear, and to build trust in our own inner wisdom. To deepen the connection, Laura will intuitively bring in practices, including meditation and shamanic journeying, breaking out into small groups to reflect our experiences to each other, and journaling or free writing.
We will collectively accompany each other through cycles of deepening self-understanding, applying the Tarot as a tool to develop our willingness and ability to receive the messages we need to hear, and learning to more deeply trust ourselves and the process.

LAURA PASKELL-BROWN uses tarot to help others rediscover their own inner voice.
Weaving together somatic, Internal Family Systems, Byron Katie, and surrender practices, tarot is used to move past our blocks and into a space from which we can make courageous and healthful decisions. She offers classes and personal readings both online and from her home here in the Hudson Valley.
