Vedic Meditation Course

Learn A Lifetime Tool in a 4-Day Course

Friday, June 26th 6:30-8:00pm

Saturday, June 27th 6:30-8:00pm

Sunday, June 28th 6:30-8:00pm

Monday, June 29th 6:30-8:00pm

As we move from spring into the fullness of summer, there is a natural sense of openness and abundance that supports a return to ourselves and a deeper sense of inner steadiness.

Through meditation, we begin to meet each day from a foundation of inner balance - rather than being pulled by stress, busyness, or overwhelm.

Vedic Meditation is a simple, effortless technique that comes from an ancient tradition of India, passed down through generations of teachers. It is practiced sitting comfortably with the eyes closed, allowing the mind to settle inward beyond thought into a state of deep rest. This rest is often more profound than sleep, helping to release accumulated stress and restore the nervous system.

As stress dissolves, clarity, creativity, and energy naturally increase. We become more adaptable, more present, and more at ease in daily life.

This offering, in collaboration with Spiral Mirror, will take place between the Summer Solstice and the full moon - an auspicious window, especially supportive for this kind of inner work.

This course is designed to give you a personal meditation practice you can carry with you for life, while being supported in a small group setting.

Four sessions (over four consecutive days with daily meditation practice)

  • Personal instruction in the Vedic Meditation technique

  • Guidance on how to integrate meditation into daily life

  • An understanding of the mechanics of stress, the mind, and meditation

  • Ongoing support following the course, including group meditations, optional refresher sessions, and access to a community of meditators

No prior experience with meditation is needed. Come as you are.

Attendance at a free introductory talk is a prerequisite for enrolling in the course. The intro talk is a casual 30-minute session that offers an overview of the practice with time for questions at the end.

The technique of Vedic Meditation is considered to be of immeasurable value. The course contribution supports the time and training of the teacher, as well as personal instruction and ongoing support.

The payment is offered on a sliding scale and based on individual means, allowing each person to contribute in a way that feels appropriate to their current circumstances.

Your course fee includes the course itself plus a lifetime of support with your meditation practice, including weekly group meditations, optional refresher sessions, and access to a community of meditators.
