Web of Wisdom
A Four-Week Fascia Journey
Metabolizing Unresolved Patterns through Fascia, Breath & Ritual.
Dr. India: “Through my clinical and fieldwork, I have witnessed in practice that fascia, the connective tissue webbing that holds muscles, organs, and bones in place, often carries the imprint of unresolved stress, trauma and life experiences. For women navigating perimenopause, hormonal difficulty, or any emotionally-laden life transition, fascia work becomes a doorway to metabolizing and somatizing unhealed patterning. My goal is to create a container for this series to allow participants to not only feel their fascia but to claim the wisdom embedded within it, making the body an altar of resilience and renewal.”
