Vedic Meditation Free Intro Talk
A Prerequisite to the Course
Attendance at this free introductory talk is a prerequisite for enrolling in the training. The intro talk is a casual 30-minute session that offers an overview of the practice with time for questions at the end.
No prior experience with meditation is needed. Come as you are.
This free session is the first step in learning Vedic Meditation in an open and relaxed setting. We’ll explore the technique itself, some of the benefits people commonly experience through the practice, how this form of meditation differs from other techniques you may have tried, what the course experience looks like, and how the course investment is structured. We won’t be meditating during this session - the talk is designed to give you a clear understanding of the practice and prepare you for the course. We’ll meet for about 30 minutes, with time at the end for questions.
Information for the full course at Spiral Mirror can be found here.
*** If you cannot attend this in-person introduction, there will be an additional virtual talk on Tuesday, June 16th at 7pm. Or, Emily is offering 1-on-1 virtual introductions. For either of these, please email her directly at info@meditatewithemily.com
